Mountain Update

9AM- Rise and shine the Mountain is now open! All lifts except Moose Creek and Union Pass are running today. Marmot is expected to open at 10am and run until 3PM! Have fun and be safe out there!- EC

6 AM- Sweet "sunsations" are in store for your Sunday shred, and the mountains are calling with some candy for your head. Blue skies and warm temperatures will conspire to bring your weekend to the perfect close. With highs ranging from near 30 at the summit to the upper 30's in the valley, it's going to be yet another Teton classic. Rip it up on Rendezvous all morning, and then join the high energy action this afternoon at the Hole in the Wall Jam Session. Info on the event, celebrations and deals can be found at JH Sports. This snow and weather report is for Teton Village, Wyoming and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Snowfall information is obtained from directly from the snow study plots maintained by the Bridger-Teton National Forest Avalanche Forecast Center. Weather information is obtained from NOAA and MountainWeather.com, but weather patterns in Jackson Hole are exceedingly difficult to predict - when venturing into the mountains, be prepared for rapid, dramatic weather changes.
