Teton Pass Winterfest (TWP) is a celebration and benefit for Friends of Pathways. It aims to maintain backcountry recreational use on Teton Pass. This very particular pass has some of the most accessible, best backcountry terrain in the world whether your skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, walking your dog, and so forth. To manage this incredible access FOP appointed a pass ambassador name Jay Pistono. He has been mitigating the access between WYDOT, National Forest, commuters, and backcountry users. Without mitigation this awesome spot could vanish very quickly for backcountry users. TWP brings awareness to the users that we need to continue to be responsible backcountry users and understand that it is a destination that will continue to grow!
